Shipping & delivery policy
1. Digital delivery only
HyperReel is a digital service sold by Empor Rocket Private Limited. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, no couriers and no delivery addresses. Everything you buy is delivered online, inside your HyperReel account.
2. Plans and credits
- A plan or a credit top-up is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed. This normally takes a few seconds, in rare cases up to 24 hours.
- You get a receipt by e-mail, and the credits appear in the billing section of your account.
- If you have paid and the credits are not in your account after 24 hours, write to contact@hyperreel.ai with the payment reference. We add the credits or refund the payment.
3. Videos
- Videos are generated on request. You see the progress of every step in your account and can close the page while the video is being produced.
- Most videos are ready within an hour of starting production. Longer videos and busy periods can take longer. These are typical times, not guaranteed ones.
- A finished video is delivered as an MP4 file that you download from your account. We also tell you by e-mail when it is ready.
- Finished videos stay available in your account for as long as the account exists, unless you delete them. We recommend that you keep your own copy of every video you use.
4. If a video cannot be delivered
If a video cannot be generated, the credits reserved for it are returned to your account automatically. Details are in the cancellation and refund policy.
5. Where the service is available
The service is delivered online and can be used from anywhere with an internet connection and a current browser. Prices charged by Empor Rocket Private Limited are in Indian rupees.
